Board Game Table

I’m looking into getting a board game table – particularly this one currently on the Black Friday sale @ Walmart by Segment (2x4ft 16-in-1) but I’m trying to figure out if when inserts are placed in, if table is flat? Trying to see if this can be used as a normal table (like with a table cloth over it) for multi purpose small spaces. TIA!
