Designer Diary: Loot Dispute, or A Treasure Trove of Ideas

The design was inspired by the “I cut, you choose” mechanism in Alan Moon and Aaron Weissblum‘s classic San Marco, as well as their hidden gem of a two-player card game, Canal Grande.
