The jersey, featuring a distinctive tricolour gradient, reflects the vibrancy and unity of Indian cricket. The men’s team will don the new jersey during the ICC Champions Trophy early next year, adding an extra layer of anticipation for the iconic tournament.

A special moment for women’s cricket

In a video shared on BCCI’s Twitter handle, Harmanpreet expressed her enthusiasm. “It’s an honour to unveil the jersey today. I’m really happy that we’re the first to wear this jersey against the West Indies team. It looks beautiful, and it’s exciting to have a special ODI jersey,” she said with pride.
