Football Accumulator Tips: Saturday night’s 21/1 punt

Saturday night’s European football sees us setting off for Switzerland, Scotland, Belgium, Spain and France for the best of the fixtures on offer.

Football tipster Sam Farley is all over Saturday night’s action and has a tasty-looking Acca for us.

With this being a six-fold Acca, too, Paddy’s footy acca betting offer kicks in, and we’ll get our stake back if just one leg lets us down.

Saturday’s Acca tips

7:30pm Lausanne v Sion – Lausanne to win
7:45pm Hearts v Celtic – Celtic half time
7:45pm Genk v Charleroi – Genk to win
7:45pm Parma v Atalanta – Atalanta to win
8pm Celta Vigo v Barcelona – Raphinha to score or assist
8pm Stade Reims v Lyon – Over 2.5 goals

Lausanne v Sion – Lausanne to win

Swiss Super League match at the Stade de la Tuilière, Lausanne
7:30pm

We’re starting off in Switzerland, where seventh-placed Lausanne welcomes Sion to Stade de la Tuiliere. Only three points separate the teams, but there’s a lot to love about Lausanne in this tie.

They’d won five straight games before defeat to Winterthur before the international break. They’re also second in the table when it comes to home games, with five wins in seven, scoring 16 goals, more than anybody else at home. Meanwhile, Sion have picked up just four of their points from home.

Hearts v Celtic – Celtic half time

Premiership match at Tynecastle Park, Edinburgh
Sky Sports Main Event/Football, 7:45pm

When it comes to starting quick you don’t get anyone better in Scotland than Celtic. They’ve scored 15 first-half goals in 11 games this season and only conceded a solitary goal. That’s meant that they’ve been winning at the interval in eight games. They’ve also been winning at half time in five of their six games on the road.

Genk v Charleroi – Genk to win

Belgian Jupiler League match at Cegeka Arena, Genk
7:45pm

Genk are heavy favourites to beat Charleroi for good reason. They sit top of the Jupiler League, five points ahead of second-placed Antwerp, with traditional giants Club Brugge and Anderlecht further behind.

They’re 10 spots and 14 points better off than Charleroi, who have lost five of their last six games in all competitions. Genk is undefeated at home in the league and has 19 points from a possible 21.

Parma v Atalanta – Atalanta to win

Serie A match at the Stadio Ennio Tardini, Parma
TV: OneFootball, 7:45pm

Coming into the weekend second in Serie A, there are legitimate hopes that Atalanta could win the Serie A this season. They’re on a 10-game unbeaten streak in all competitions and have won their past six Serie A games by a combined total of 20-3, including a 3-0 win over table-toppers Napoli.

Meanwhile, the home side have just one win in their past 10, with half of those games involving them getting players sent off. They have no discipline and will struggle to cope with the highest-scoring attack in the league.

Celta Vigo v Barcelona – Raphinha to score or assist

La Liga match at the Estadio Abanca-Balaídos, Vigo
TV: Premier Sports, LaLigaTV, 8pm

Former Leeds man, Raphinha, is having a blockbuster season. Barcelona were looking to offload him if the right bid had arrived over the summer but he stayed and has become integral to Hansi Flick’s team.

In 13 La Liga games he’s scored seven and set up a further six. That’s along with seven goal contributions in four Champions League games. He’s the team’s second-highest scorer behind Robert Lewandowski and only one goal behind Lamine Yamal in the assist charts.

Only one team, Valladolid, has conceded more goals in La Liga than Celta Vigo, so Raphinha should be able to get himself in the mix tonight.

Stade Reims v Lyon – Over 2.5 goals

Ligue Un match at the Stade Auguste-Delaune, Reims
TV: Ligue1Pass, 8:00pm

We’re playing the percentages here and backing Over 2.5 goals in the Ligue 1 clash between Stade Reims and Lyon, with the home side just two spots and one point behind Lyon in fifth.

60% of Lyon’s games on the road have had Over 2.5 goals, and they’ve scored seven goals in their past three away from home. Meanwhile, 73% of Reims’ games have had three or more goals, including three of their last four at Stade Auguste Delaune.
