Based on a recent survey, Minecraft is the most popular video game on the second-hand market. Moreover, the PlayStation 4 is the most sought-after gaming console on secondary markets.
The study showed that Minecraft was the most searched video game on second-hand markets with over 5,700 copies sold. Coming in second place with 5,500 second-hand copies sold was Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. Grand Theft Auto V placed third on the list with 4,400 units sold.
Meanwhile, with 13,000 units sold on secondary markets, the PlayStation 4 is the most sought-after used video game console. In second place was the Nintendo DS. Used Xbox Series X consoles came in third place on the list.
It should come as no surprise that Minecraft earned the title of the most popular used video game. After all, it is the best-selling video game of all time with more than 238 million units sold across all platforms and consoles.
