It sounds like Call of Duty may be returning to Nintendo devices. In a December 6th Twitter announcement, Xbox lead Phil Spencer made an interesting pledge to bring COD games back to Nintendo.
That wasn’t the only interesting comment Spencer made. He also said that Microsoft has “committed to continue to offer Call of Duty on Steam simultaneously to Xbox after we have closed the merger with Activision-Blizzard King.”
At this time, Microsoft’s proposed acquisition of Activision-Blizzard is still being reviewed by numerous regulatory bodies. But, if the acquisition ever gets approved, then you can expect COD on Steam and Nintendo consoles for years to come.
