Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok’s free agency stint was short-lived. After letting his contract expire and hitting the free agent market on November 21st, the world’s most famous League of Legends player signed a three-year contract extension with T1 that will keep him on the team until 2025.
Prior to this decision, rumors swirled indicating Faker would be interested in joining the North American League of Legends scene. However, this contract extension has officially put those rumors to rest.
Faker is a 26-year-old professional gamer that has been a member of T1 since 2013. During his storied gaming career, he has won ten LCK Championships and three League of Legends World Championships.
